How MLS/search works
Your search criteria are stored in our
MLS/search database when you sign up. New listings matching your criteria
automatically will be e-mailed to you every day as they come on the market!
This includes a picture of the property if one has been posted. If the
information concerning a property that has already been emailed to you changes,
this updated information also will be emailed to you. When you find a listing
that you would like to take a closer look at, we would be pleased if you
contacted us to set up the showing appointment for you.

desire. We never set up a phone call or email campaign, always asking, "When
are you planning to buy?" What we will do is periodically email information
that we believe is useful for folks searching for a new home.

with all current active listings that meet your criteria. Starting the next

family detached homes, condominiums, multi-family homes or land in our area
with another REALTOR® and have signed a Buyer’s Agreement
with that REALTOR®, than please do not use MLS/search. It would
