Grant’s Farm

 Former home of President Ulysses S. Grant, Grant’s Farm is open to the public with free admission.  Deer and buffalo roam on the 281 acres owned and operated by Anheuser-Busch, Inc.  Guests young and old enjoy hand-feeding the baby goats and attending the entertaining, educational animal shows in the Tier Garten Amphitheater.  The most familiar residents of the farm are found in the Clydesdale Stable. 10501 Gravois Rd.

The Magic House St. Louis Children’s Museum

Annual Festivals & Fun In the St. Louis Region

Fair St. Louis

  One of the nation’s biggest and best birthday parties, Fair St. Louis celebrates the 4th of July with local bands and top name entertainment, a huge parade with colorful floats, international food booths, fabulous fireworks displays each night, air shows and lots more.  All the fun is Center along the riverfront in downtown St. Louis.

Soulard Bastille Day

   Help celebrate French Independence Day in the historic Soulard neighborhood.  Festivities include a ball, live jazz, an arts festival and bicycle race.  The celebration also features “French Taste of Soulard”

Great Forest Park Balloon Race

  This annual race features over 60 of the nation’s finest hot air balloons and is widely regarded as one of the biggest and best balloon races in the U.S.

First Night St. Louis

      Welcome in the New Year with the entire family in an alcohol-free environment.  Ice carvings, street performers, exhibits, fireworks, giant puppets and colorful banners make this an excellent way to spend New Year’s Eve.

Mardi Gras

   This 11-Day party in historic Soulard includes a jazz festival, parade, Creole cook-off, charity ball, antique show, art exhibit and much more.

The Maifest

   An annual spring celebration in Herman, MO includes wine tours, entertainment with German bands, dancing, show stopper revue and a German Market with crafts of all kinds.

Festival of the Little Hills

  An end of the summer celebration in the historic “Old Town” section of St. Charles, the Festival presents 19th century atmosphere with over 250 craft booths, artwork, antiques, demonstrations, live entertainment, food and beer gardens.
